The Dawn of Egypt slot game has 5 reels and each reel is 3 symbols high. The game uses traditional paylines, with 10 in total playing from left to right.
The theme for this one is obviously Egypt. In this instance the designers have taken a royal slant on things, playing around with the wealth and splendour of the ancient world, opposed to the myths and legends.
Wild – The Wild symbol is the “Scarab Beetle”, which will substitute for all symbols, except Free Spins.
Scatter – The Scatter symbol is the “Blue Pyramid”. You need 3 or more of them anywhere on the reel to trigger the Free Spins. The Scatter symbol also happens to be the most valuable in the game and will pay out regardless of paylines.
Wild Scatter – This symbol is only available during the Free Spins and it takes the form of a “Red Pyramid”. They act as Wilds, meaning they will substitute with all other symbols and they also act as Scatters, meaning they will pay out in combinations of 3 or more regardless of paylines. 2 or more of them will also award additional spins, up to 20 each time, an unlimited number of times.
Wheel of the Gods – Once you have triggered the Free Spins you will spin a wheel called “Wheel of the Gods” that will determine how many Free Spins you get. You can be awarded as many as 20.
Symbol Upgrade – This is only available during the Free Spins. Above the reels there will be a random selection of symbols. The ones chosen will automatically upgrade to more valuable symbols, chosen at random.
