The Fa Fa Twins slots game is produced by BetSoft. BetSoft are one of the smaller slot development companies on the market at the moment and have recently started offering their own casino platform. The company was founded in 2006, entering the slots market 4 years later. Betsoft do publish the Return to Player (RTP)/House Edge information for their slots games within the game help files. As such we know that the house edge for Fa Fa Twins is 4.71%.
The Fa Fa Twins game has 5 reels and each reel is 3 symbols high. Instead of using traditional paylines, the game uses winways, with 243 in total.
Special Symbols
Wild – The Wild symbol is the “Fa Fa Twins Logo”. The “Fa Fa Twins Logo” can only appear on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5.
Bonus Features
Duel Reels – After each spin has been completed, at least 2 adjacent reels will be identical. There is a random chance that this will continue down the reels, filling the 3rd, 4th and 5th with the same reel.
Double Up – After any win you can risk what you have earned by pressing the Double Up button. You bet half or all of your winnings and will win or lose based on the toss of a coin. You can attempt to double up as often as you like, until you lose.
Conclusion
Fa Fa Twins is a pretty forgettable offering from BetSoft. The twins sit at either side of the reels, laughing with delight as you spin the reels. The game has a Japanese Kawaii, feel to it, with the cult of cute coming across through the twins’ big eyes and cheeky faces. The colours are bright and bold and the symbols have been given an Asian feel to them, with everything from lotus flowers, to golden kittens and koi carp. As for features, well there is not a huge amount going on here for me to really comment on. There are Wilds and there is the inclusion of the Duel reels, which if you are lucky enough, can leave with a very impressive looking grid. However, this alone is not enough to carry the game. The house edge is also on the high side, leaving very little left for us to recommend.
