Fantasy Park Slot Review

The Fantasy Park slots game can be found at casinos using BGaming software. BGaming is one of the newer software developers in the online gaming market. Unlike many of the smaller casino software providers BGaming offer a relatively complete suite of casino games featuring most of the major table games (other than Craps which isn't particularly popular online) and even a Video Poker game. The company is operated by the same team responsible for the SoftSwiss casino platform and Direx N.V. license. BGaming sometimes publish the slots house edge information of their games as standard. Whilst that information was not available on their website we do know that the house edge for Fantasy Park is 2.95%.

Fantasy Park is a 5 reel slots game that is 3 symbols high. The game uses standard paylines, with 25 in total, playing from left to right.

Special Symbols

Wild – The Wild symbol is the “Clown”, which will substitute for all symbols other than Scatters. Wild symbols are the game’s most valuable symbol, with 5 Wilds as part of a winning payline earning you 5000 coins.

Expanding Wilds/Free Spins – The “Strength Meter” symbol is a wild that will expand to fill the reels when it is revealed at the same time the a “Hammer” symbol. If you land a “Strength Meter” symbol on reel 2 and a “Hammer” symbol on reel 1, they will combine and you will earn an expanded Wild symbol on the 2nd reel. Do the same thing again with a “Strength Meter” on reel 4 and a “Hammer” on reel 5 and you will earn yourself 10 Free Spins. Expanding Wilds can only appear on reels 2 and 4.

Scatters – The Scatter symbol is the “Strength Bell”, meaning is will pay out in combinations of 4 or 5 regardless of paylines. 4 will earn you 20 coins and 5 will earn you 200.

Bonus Features

Gamble – Any time you win you have the chance to try to double up your earnings. When you do this you have to guess the colour of card that is sitting face down. Guess correctly and you will double your earnings, guess incorrectly and you will lose everything. You can gamble as many times as you want to, but as soon as you lose you have to return to the main game.

Conclusion

Fantasy Park has all the excitement and fun of the fair. The game’s background has all the rides you would expect to see at a funfair, from a Ferris wheel to rocket ships and rollercoasters, all topped of with fireworks in the night sky. The symbols contain the treats you might associate with the fair, with popcorn and ice creams sitting alongside the main symbols. All this makes for an exciting looking game, but the features on offer don’t quite match the visual spectacle. I like the combination of symbols to trigger the Free Spins feature and I also like the inclusion of expanding wilds. Unfortunately, once those have been dealt with there isn’t much left for me to describe. The house edge offers reasonable value for money, meaning that this is a game that might be worth checking out.
