There are two bonus features when playing Gems Gems Gems. The first bonus features is triggered any time you receive the Gems Gems Gems Logo Wild symbol or the Diamond bonus symbol anywhere on the main set of reels. Whenever this happens these symbols will be copied over to the same position on the smaller sets of reels on the right.

The second bonus feature is triggered when you receive 3 or more of the Diamond bonus symbol on any of the sets of reels. When this happens you will be awarded 10 complimentary spins.
