Gin Joint Jackpot slots game was produced by the Ash Gaming slots design company and is leased out by casinos using many different primary casino platforms. As a standard Ash Gaming do not include the house edge information of their slots games, however some casino do list this information in the game help files. It is not clear whether their games are configurable and as such you should treat the information in this review as a guideline only when playing at a casino that does not explicitly state the house edge they use.
It’s time to bust the illegal gin joints by hitting the big bosses hard.
This game is a 5 reel game, with 20 paylines and you can only bet one coin on each payline.
The ‘Police Van’ symbol is wild.
There are three bonus features when playing Gin Joint Jackpot. The first is activated when three or more of the ‘Police Officer’ symbol turn up anywhere on the reels. When this happens you will be taken to a map of the boroughs of the town. For each of the Police Officer symbols that you received, you get to choose one square of the map to search for booze. If you find booze, you get a prize.
The second bonus feature is activated when the ‘Detective’ symbol turns up on reel one and one or more of the ‘Gangster’ symbols turns up on the other reels. When this happens the Detective symbol expands to cover the whole of the first reel while the Gangster symbols start to move up and down rapidly as the Detective tries to shoot them. For each Gangster that the Detective manages to shoot you receive a prize.
The final bonus feature is activated when the Detective symbol turns up on reel one and the ‘Big Boss’ symbol lands on reel five. When this happens you are taken to a new screen where you will firstly enter a shootout with the Henchmen in an illegal bar. You can choose to let the computer do this for you or you can test your skill yourself. The shootout really isn’t that hard – especially with a mouse rather than a laptop touch pad – so you’re likely to get a larger return from playing yourself. For each Gangster you shoot you get a prize. After you’ve shot a lot of Gangster you are taken to a new screen showing the Big Boss fleeing in a truck full of booze whilst the Detective chases him. This chase sequence is all automated and when the Big Boss’s truck is eventually rolled you’ll find the booze. Amongst the booze if you find 3 barrels you win the progressive jackpot.
Gin Joint Jackpot is a fantastic game, with great bonus features, a skill element and a progressive jackpot there really is a lot to get excited about and with an average house edge that is very reasonable given the extensive nature of the game, Gin Joint Jackpot really is a great choice!
