Hitman Review

The Hitman slots game can be found at Microgaming casinos. Microgaming as a standard do not publish the slots house edge information of their games. However they lease their slots games out to casinos using other software, some of which do publish this information. So far we’ve only found two casinos – Redbet and Virgin – that have published this information for Hitman and they list the house edge as 4.52% and 4.16% respectively. When playing at any other venue, this information should be used as a guideline only as the game may be configurable.

Based on the hugely popular computer game series, Hitman sees you take on the role of assassin Agent 47 as he strives to take out several high profile targets.

This game is a 5 reel game, with 15 paylines and you can bet up to 20 coins on each payline.

There are three different bonus features to this game. The first is activated when three or more of the ‘Insignia’ bonus symbol turn on reels one, two and three. When this happens you’ll be asked to choose one of the Insignias, with each Insignia resulting in a different sized prize.

The second bonus feature is activated when three or more ’18 age certificate’ bonus symbol turn up anywhere on reels three, four and five. When this happens you’ll be 18 complimentary spins with a two times multiplier. During the complimentary spins all wild symbols are expanding, so if one lands on a reel the whole reel becomes wild.

The third bonus feature is activated when three or more of the ‘Laptop’ bonus symbol turn up anywhere on reels three, four and five. When this happens you’ll be taken to a new screen with several potential contracts for you to consider. Each contract has a different prize range. Once you’ve chosen which figure you will attempt to kill, you are then taken to another screen to select the weapon you’ll use for the job. The weapon will award you a multiplier which will be applied to the total win from your selected kill.

Closing Thoughts

With a house edge that is fairly average for slots games and bonus features, that given the source material could have been a lot more interesting, Hitman is a good slots game but missed its potential.
