The Hollywood Reels slots game was produced by the Parlay slots design company and is leased out by casinos using many different primary casino platforms. As a standard Parlay do not include the house edge information of their slots games, however some casino do list this information in the game help files. It is not clear whether their games are configurable and as such you should treat the information in this review as a guideline only when playing at a casino that does not explicitly state the house edge they use.
Parodying various classic cinematic masterpieces including the Indiana Jones franchise, Casablanca and Christopher Lee’s Dracula, Hollywood Reels sees you behind the lense of a Hollywood studio hoping to hit the big time.
This game is a 5 reel game, with 9 paylines and you can bet up to 5 coins on each payline.
Hollywood Reels has only one bonus feature that is activated when three or more of the ‘Cut Scene’ bonus symbol. When this happens you are taken to the cutting room where you’ll find 12 film cases. You choose cases one at a time. Each film case will either reveal a multiplier or the ‘Collect’ symbol. If the first case chosen shows the Collect symbol, you win all multipliers available for the bonus round, at any other time the Collect symbol signals the end of the bonus feature.
Conclusion
This is just another in a long series of slots games from Net Entertainment that are exactly the same. The bonus features and game play only vary by theme which is really tragic as the games really weren’t good enough to play once never mind multiple times.
