The Leprechaun Goes Wild slot can be found at casinos offering Play ‘n Go software. Play ‘n Go are considered an established provider of software for casinos. They do offer a full casino platform, but primarily seem to be used as a bolt on package for extra slots games. Play ‘n Go publish the Return to Player (RTP)/House Edge information for their slots games within the game help files. As such we know that the house edge for Leprechaun Goes Wild is 3.8%.
The Leprechaun Goes Wild slot is made up of 5 reels, each one 4 symbols high. The slot uses paylines, with 20 in total, playing from left to right.
Theme
Obviously we have a Leprechaun themed slot here, which means you can expect a lot of green, 4-leaf clovers, pots of gold, pipes, etc... The slot is a continuation of the Leprechaun Goes franchise that had been a success for Play ‘n’ Go over the years.
Symbols
Wild – The Wild symbol is the “Leprechaun”, which will substitute for all symbols other than Scatters.
Scatters – The “4 Leaf Clover” is the Scatter symbol. You need 3 or more of them anywhere on the reels at once to trigger the Free Spins feature. If you lad 2 of them you will trigger the “Luck of the Irish” feature.
Bonus Features
Luck of the Irish – If you land 2 of the Scatter symbols then you will trigger the Luck of the Irish feature. When this happens the Scatter symbols will stick in place of a respin, during which either 1 Wild will be added to each reel or 1 Scatter will be added to the reels and the Free Spins feature will be triggered.
Free Spins – When you trigger the Free Spins, the number that you get will be chosen at random via a spinning clover that will amounts labelled on each leaf. The leaf your spin lands on will be the number of Free Spins you get. During the feature all Wilds are sticky and if you land 1 or more Wild symbol on each reel you will be awarded additional Free Spins. Again the amount you win will be determined by a random spin of a 4-leaft clover. You can re-trigger the feature in the same way you triggered it, but only once.
