The Lotus Kingdom slots game can be found at casinos offering Spinomenal software. Spinomenal is one of the newer software developers in the online gaming market. Alongside many of the smaller casino software providers Spinomenal focus heavily on slots games. The House Edge/RTP of the Spinomenal slots games is listed within the paytable for the newer games in their catalogue. For the older games, as Spinomenal is partnered with UK licensed operators and the UKGC license requires the publication of this information, RTP figures can be found on numerous casino sites. As such, we know that the house edge for Lotus Kingdom is 2.4%.
Lotus Kingdom is a 5 reel game that is 3 symbols high. The game uses 50 standard paylines, playing from left to right.
Wild – The “Geisha”” symbol is Wild, substituting for all symbols, other than Free Spins and Bonus symbols. Three Wilds will multiply the bet by 3 and four Wilds will multiply the bet by 5.
Free Spins – The “Dragon” symbol is the Free Spin symbol. 3 or more “Dragon” symbols anywhere on the reels will award free spins. If your triggering spin has the 3 or more Free Spins symbols form a winning payline you will receive x2 the bet.
Bonus – The “Lotus Flower” symbol is the game’s bonus symbol. 3 or more will trigger the main bonus feature.
Free Spins – Once you land 3 “Dragon” symbols and trigger the game’s Free Spins you have to choose how many Free Spins you want to take. You can choose 5 Free Spins, with a x4 multiplier; 10 Free Spins with a x2 multiplier; or 20 Free Spins with no multiplier.
Expanding Wilds – During the Free Spins feature, any “Geisha” Wild that you land on reel three will expand to fill the reel.
Bonus Round – This is a tile flipping bonus where each flipped tile reveals a cash prize. The bonus will end when you reveal 3 symbols that are the same.
Lotus Kingdom is a relatively simple slots game that does the basics well. The game also looks simple, with symbols and a background that are not particularly detailed or vibrant. There is no narrative to play around with here, which prevents the game from becoming too immersive. Features are pretty thin on the ground here, but I guess we shouldn’t complain too much as all the important boxes are ticked; there are Wilds, Free Spins and a Bonus round. When you look at other Spinomenal games, you know the software developers can give you so much more which makes Lotus Kingdom feel a bit like we’re going through the motions. The game is also very similar to a few of Spinomenal games too. However, a lot of the game’s lack of innovation is made up for with an excellent house edge. 2.4% is very low, meaning there are not too many games to be found out there that will offer you more better value for your hard earned money.
