Mega Moolah Slot Review

The Mega Moolah slots game can be found at Microgaming casinos. Microgaming as a standard do not publish the slots house edge information of their games. However they lease their slots games out to casinos using other software, some of which do publish this information. So far we’ve only found one casino – Spin and Win – that has published this information for Mega Moolah and they list the house edge as 5.88%. When playing at any other venue, this information should be used as a guideline only as the game may be configurable.

A swing through the jungle could be worth more than you'd imagined.

This game is a 5 reel game with 25 paylines and you can bet 5 coins on each payline.

The 'Lion' symbol is wild and doubles all wins it contributes to.

There are two bonus features available when playing Mega Moolah. The first is activated when you receive 3 or more of the 'Monkey' symbol anywhere on the reels. When that happens you will be awarded 15 complimentary spins with all wins tripled.

The second bonus feature can be activated randomly at the end of any spin. When this happens you will be taken to a new screen showing a wheel of fortune style game. Spin the wheel and you'll win one of the four progressive jackpots.

Conclusion

This game has a high house edge, no particularly special bonus feature and the knowledge that much of that house edge will be tied up the the rare jackpots, meaning that the average player who does not hit these rare jackpots is going to pay far more than the already high 5.88%. Not great.
