The Mega Pyramid slot can be found at casinos offering Red Tiger software. Red Tiger is a relatively new software developer in the online gaming market, having only been in operation since 2014. Red Tiger focus primarily on slots games but do offer a few table games, albeit a very limited range of them. In compliance with UK gaming legislation, Red Tiger publish the RTP/House Edge information for their slots games within their pay tables. As such, we can say that the House Edge for Mega Pyramid is 3.95%.
The Mega Pyramid is a 5 reel slot that is 4 symbols high. The game uses traditional paylines, with 30 available in total, playing from left to right.
Free Spins – The “Egyptian Queen” is the Free Spins symbol. 3 or more of them anywhere on the reels at once will trigger the Free Spins feature. The “Egyptian Queen” symbol can only appear on reels 1, 3 and 5.
Pyramid Eye – This is a random feature. If it triggers then the eye at the top of the Pyramid will display a random symbol. This symbol will then clone in random directions across the reels. During the Free Spins a symbol is chosen for the duration of the feature and every time one of them appears on a spin it will cline itself across the reels.
Free Spins – If you can trigger the Free Spins feature by landing 3 of the “Egyptian Queen” symbols anywhere on the reels at once then you will trigger 10 Free Spins. If you can land 3 “Egyptian Queen” symbols during the Free Spins then you will trigger 10 additional Bonus Spins.
Red Tiger continue 2019 in relentless form and yet another new slot out and no let up any time soon. This game hits the Egyptian theme for the first time in Red Tiger’s history. Despite the prolific output that I’ve already mentioned it is hard to believe that this is their one and only Egyptian themed game. It looks as good as any Egyptian themed game that I’ve seen but lacks the feature diversity that I would have hoped for. You get Free Spins and a random feature but no Wilds and no Bonus. For a first Egyptian themed slot it comes in at entry level and leaves Red Tiger with plenty to work on for their next effort. The house edge is reasonable, which means you could check it out if you really want to without it costing you too much.
