Money Mad Monkey Slot Review

The Money Mad Monkey slots game can be found at Microgaming casinos. Microgaming as a standard do not publish the slots house edge information of their games. However they lease their slots games out to casinos using other software, some of which do publish this information.

This Donkey Kong like ape has only one thing on his mind – money!

This game is a 5 reel game with 20 paylines and you can bet up to 10 coins on each payline.

The ‘Banana’ symbol is wild.

There are three bonus features when playing Money Mad Monkey and the first is activated when you receive three or more of the ‘Stack of Cash’ symbol anywhere on the reels. When this happens you will be asked to choose from 3 stacks of cash to reveal a number of complimentary spins and a multiplier. The possibilities are 5 complimentary spins with an 8 times multiplier, 10 complimentary spins with a 4 times multiplier or 20 complimentary spins with a 2 times multiplier.

The second bonus feature is activated when you receive three or more of the ‘Barrel’ bonus symbol anywhere on the reels. When this happens you will be asked to click on one of the Barrels and the symbol will reveal a multiplier that will be applied to your total initial bet.

The third bonus feature is activated when you receive 3 or more of the ‘Skyline’ bonus symbol anywhere on the reels. When this happens you will be taken to a new screen showing the monkey at the top of a building. Your character has to try and climb the ramp leading up to him – the higher he gets the more you win. You press the spin button and the barrel at the very top beside the monkey shows the number of barrels that your character advances. With each barrel, the multiplier that will be applied to your initial stake is increased. The feature ends when you reach the top or the spin results in the barrel displaying ‘STOP’ rather than a number.

Conclusion

Money Mad Monkey is a fairly good slots game with enough variety to keep you entertained. The lack of house edge information however is a let down.
