The Reel Fighters game can be found at casinos offering Spinomenal software. Spinomenal is one of the newer software developers in the online gaming market. Alongside many of the smaller casino software providers Spinomenal focus heavily on slots games. The House Edge/RTP of the Spinomenal slots games is listed within the paytable for the newer games in their catalogue. For the older games, as Spinomenal is partnered with UK licensed operators and the UKGC license requires the publication of this information, RTP figures can be found on numerous casino sites. As such, we know that the house edge for Reel Fighters is 5.00%.
Reel Fighters is a 5 reel game that is 3 symbols high. The game uses 15 standard paylines, playing from left to right and right to left.
Wild – There are 3 Wild symbols, all of which are different multipliers. The symbols are just the number and multiplication sign and there are x2, x5 and x10 symbols.
Scatter – The Scatter symbol is the “Four Fighters”. 3 or more Scatter symbols will trigger 10 Free Spins and is worth x3 the bet.
Big Symbols – There are 5 Big Symbols in the game, each one is 3 symbols high and fills the reel. The symbols are essentially stacked, so not all 3 symbols worth will always appear on the reels at once. The most valuable of all the Big Symbols is the “Purple Girl”, which will earn you 15 coins if you land 3 as part of a winning payline; 60 coins if you can land 4 as part of a winning payline and 100 if you can land 5 as part of a winning payline.
Reel Fighters follows a tried and tested template from the designers at Spinomenal. The game is very straight forward, offering little in terms of bonus features. We have Wilds and we have Free Spins; other than the game’s Big Symbols there is not much else going on here. The Big Symbols themselves are essentially stacked symbols, so you are not exactly dealing with something you won’t have seen before. The game has a manga look to it with most of the fighters striking an action pose to suggest that they are engaged in a perpetual fight with one another. The game doesn’t really have a background and I mean that both literally and metaphorically, which is a shame because there was real scope to develop some sort of narrative here. The house edge is higher than we would like to see which means there is very little here for us to recommend.
