The Run Chicken Run game can be found at casinos offering CTMX/GamesOS software. CTMX are one of the smaller software providers though they – alongside Viaden - do seem to have a relationship with Playtech. They do not appear to publish the Return to Player (RTP)/House Edge information for their slots games as standard, but some of their casinos appear to do this themselves. So far we’ve only found one casino – AdamEve – that has published this information for Run Chicken Run and they list the house edge as 4.96%. When playing at any other venue, this information should be used as a guideline only as the game may be configurable.
Don’t be chicken, give it a spin.
The Run Chicken Run game has 5 reels, 30 payline and you can bet one coin on each of the paylines.
The ‘Basket of Eggs’ symbol is wild.
There are two bonus features when playing Run Chicken Run. The first bonus feature is activated when you receive 3 or more of the ‘Chicken’ bonus symbols anywhere on an active payline. When this happens you will be taken to a new screen showing a chicken laying eggs. Guess the sex of each of the 5 chicks and win a prize for each one you get right.
The second bonus feature is activated in stages. Each time you win on a spin a portion of your wager in put into the ‘Egg Pot’. Each time you receive a ‘Golden Egg’ symbol on the reels the counter above the Egg Pot increases by one. If you receive two or more Golden Egg symbols on the reels at the same time the Egg Pot will be multiplied. Once you’ve collected 25 Golden Egg symbols you will receive the Egg Pot fund.
Run Chicken Run has a similar style of bonus feature to other CTMX games, but this is uncommon across the slots game industry and fun to play. Where it’s let down is a house edge that – while average across the industry – is higher than other similar CTMX games.
