The Sudoku slots game can be found at Cryptologic casinos. Cryptologic also lease their slots games out to casinos using other software platforms. Cryptologic do not as standard publish the house edge of their slots games, however several casinos now offering their games – including InterCasino – do supply this information. Given the different information supplied by different casinos it is reasonable to assume that Cryptologic games are configurable and as such the figures in this review should be treated as a guideline only when playing at casinos that do not explicitly state the settings they use.
The Asian number puzzle that’s taken the world by storm.
The Sudoku game does not use standard reels or paylines. Instead you are faced with a Sudoku board – 9 3x3 grids – with some of the numbers already filled in. Each time you play the other numbers are randomly selected and you win in any row, column or grid that then has all of the numbers 1 through 9.
The ‘Star’ symbol is wild.
There are two bonus feature when playing Sudoku and the first bonus feature is activated when you receive 7 or more of the ‘Red Sudoku’ numbers. When this happens all Red Sudoku Numbers will be held and all other numbers will be respun 5 times. No normal payouts will be made during the respins, but each time you receive a Red Sudoku Number it will be held and at the end of the respins you will receive a prize based on how many Red Sudoku Numbers you received.
The second bonus feature is activated when you complete 5 or more of the grids in a single round of play. When this happens you will be awarded 15 free games with all wins doubled.
A little more expensive that the average slots game, Sudoku does offer something unique and interesting, if not enough to give it a top score
