The Dark Knight Slot Review

The Dark Knight slots game can be found at Microgaming casinos. Microgaming as a standard do not publish the slots house edge information of their games. However they lease their slots games out to casinos using other software, some of which do publish this information. So far we’ve only found one casino – Redbet – that has published this information for The Dark Knight and they list the house edge as 3-4%. When playing at any other venue, this information should be used as a guideline only as the game may be configurable.

A beautiful rendition of Christopher Nolan’s spectacular second Batman movie.

The Dark Knight game has 5 reels and does not use standard paylines. Instead any 3 or more matching symbols on adjacent reels constitutes a win. This is equivalent to 243 standard paylines.

The ‘Bat Logo’ symbol is wild and stacked on all reels.

There are three bonus features when playing The Dark Knight. The first bonus feature is activated when you receive 3 or more of the ‘Joker Bat’ scatter symbol anywhere on the reels. When this happens you will be awarded 15 complimentary spins with all wins doubled.

The second bonus feature is activated randomly and takes you to a new screen showing a wheel where you will win one of the games progressive jackpots.

The third bonus feature is also activated randomly and when this happens either the Joker or Batman will walk across the reels and award you a random win.

Conclusion

The Dark Knight doesn’t live up to the movie, but then again that would be a tall order for any game. What it does offer is a reasonable house edge – although given the high jackpot most players will play with a far higher real house edge – stunning graphics and a good array of bonus features. Certainly worth a high score.
