The King Review

Your search returned no results.

Released – May 2018

The King slots game can be found at casinos offering iSoftBet software. iSoftBet are one of the newer casino software providers on the market but they have managed to tie down some impressive branded slots game contracts. As a standard iSoftBet do not publish the RTP/House Edge information for their slots games within the game help file or paytables. However as part of the UKGC license requirements many UKGC licensed operators have started to publish this information for all of their games. As such we can tell from Trada’s site that the House Edge of The King is 3.99% when playing maximum paylines/coins.

Will you challenge the might lion to rule the grass lands?

The King is a 5 reel slots game with 25 paylines and you can bet one coin per payline.

The ‘Lion’ symbol is Wild.

There are two bonus features when playing The King. The first bonus feature is activated when you receive the ‘Pawprint’ bonus symbol anywhere on reels 1, 3 and 5. When this happens you will be awarded 8 free spins. During the free spins, each spin up to 5 reels can spin in alignment, meaning that they all shown the same symbols in the same positions.

The second bonus feature is triggered when you receive five or more of the ‘Cash Wheel’ bonus symbol anywhere on the reels. When this happens the Cash Wheel symbols will be locked in place and all other symbols will be respun. This process repeats until you receive no new Cash Wheel bonus symbols. When the respins end you will be taken to a new screen showing a prize wheel. The prizes on the wheel are set by how many Cash Wheel bonus symbols you received during the respins.

Closing Thoughts

The King, when considered as a brand new game in 2018, really doesn’t do much to sell itself. The bonus features will have been seen before by any moderately experienced slots player and the House Edge is around average. The game is pretty enough but nothing special. Overall it’s not a bad game, just not a particularly memorable one.
