The Lone Ranger Slot Review

The Lone Ranger slots game was produced by the OpenBet slots design company and is leased out by casinos using many different primary casino platforms. As a standard OpenBet do not include the house edge information of their slots games, however some casino do list this information in the game help files. It is not clear whether their games are configurable and as such you should treat the information in this review as a guideline only when playing at a casino that does not explicitly state the house edge they use.

Join the Lone Ranger and Tonto as they bring justice to the Wild West.

This game is a 5 reel game, with 20 paylines and you can bet one coin on each payline.

The ‘Sheriff’s Badge’ symbol is wild and doubles all wins.

There are three bonus features when playing The Lone Ranger. The first is activated when you receive 3 or more of the ‘Freespin Saloon’. When this happens you will be taken to a new screen showing a bar and 10 barrels. Each barrel has a number of complimentary spins between 4 and 50 marked on it. Two barrels will be shot and destroyed and you will be offered a number of complimentary spins. You then have to decide whether to accept the offer or to continue on. If you continue another two barrels will be shot at random and again you will be made an offer of a number of complimentary spins. This process continues until you either accept the offer or there is only one barrel left. During your complimentary spins, if your receive 5 of the ‘Bonus Bounty’ symbol anywhere on the screen, you win the progressive jackpot.

The second bonus feature is activated when you receive 3 or more of the ‘Tin Can’ scatter symbol anywhere on the reels. When this happens you will be taken to a new screen showing 10 tin cans. Shoot one of them to reveal the multiplier that will be applied to your initial wager.

The third bonus feature is activated when you receive 3 or more of the ‘Bullet’ bonus symbol anywhere on the reels. When this happens you will be taken to a new screen showing three moving targets. Shoot the targets and each target awards a multiplier. Once you’ve used up your three bullets, you’ll be taken to a new screen showing the chamber of your six shooter. Only a few of the bullet chambers will have bullets in them. The chamber rotates and if the top chamber has a bullet in it when it comes to rest, you get another shot shooting at the targets. This process repeats until you land on an empty chamber.

A great selection of bonus features with a great theme and a house edge that’s appropriate for the quality of the game makes The Lone Ranger a real winner!
