The Wild O’clock slot can be found at casinos offering Red Tiger software. Red Tiger is a relatively new software developer in the online gaming market, having only been in operation since 2014. Red Tiger focus primarily on slots games but do offer a few table games, albeit a very limited range of them. In compliance with UK gaming legislation, Red Tiger publish the RTP/House Edge information for their slot games within their pay tables. As such, we can say that the House Edge for Wild O’clock 4.31%.
Wild O’clock is a 6 reel slot and each reel is 4 symbols high. The slot uses traditional paylines, with 30 in total, playing from left to right.
Theme – The theme is time and clocks. Even the music in the background is punctuated by the ticking of a clock.
Wild – The Wild symbol is the “Sun Dial”, which will substitute for all symbols other than Scatters.
Bonus – The Bonus symbol is the “Clock Spins”. If you can land 3 or more of them on the reels then you will trigger the Free Spins feature.
Free Spins – 3 Bonus symbols will award 12 Free Spins. During Clock Spins all multipliers are added to a Global Multiplier that remains throughout the bonus round and applies to all wins. On the final spin a random number of Wilds are added to the reels.
Lucky 12 O’clock – Every time you spin the reels the clock will move up by 1 hour. On the 12th spin you will reach 12 o’clock and a random number of Super Wild symbols will be added to the reels. Super Wilds come fully stacked.
Multiplier Wilds – The Wilds that land during the Lucky 12 O’clock can all come with a multiplier that is worth up to 8x the bet.
There really isn’t too much to say about Wild O’clock. It does feel like Red Tiger struck upon the concept of a time themed slot and then applied 1 solid feature to it, forgetting the rest of the slot. You get 1 progressive feature that will keep people engaged, wilds and Free Spins. Your Free Spins come with an additional feature but I have to admit I would have liked to have seem more. The house edge, as is usually the case with Red Tiger slots, could be better.
