Theme

This slot is based on the Swiss legend that tells the story of a 14th century hero who was famed for shooting an arrow straight through an apple from some distance using his trusty crossbow. The slot is the first adaptation of the story that I have seen before and the designers have done an impressive job given the relative originality of the idea. There are plenty of references o medieval Europe on display, but all done with a cartoonish quality that has come to define many of Yggdrasil’s slots in this past.

Special Symbols

Wild – The Wild symbol is the “Boy with the Apple”. Wilds substitute for all other symbols and come stacked, 3 symbols high. Of course, you won’t always land a fully stacked Wild on the reels every time as some symbols will appear above the reels and some will appear below.

Free Spins – The Free Spins symbol is the “Crossbow”. You need 3 or more of them anywhere on the reels to trigger the Free Spins feature. The Free Spins symbol will also pay out in combinations of 2 or more, regardless of paylines and the more symbols you land, the bigger the payout.

Bonus Features

Wild Nudge – If you land a Wild that is not fully stacked it will nudge into to place and fill the reel it has landed on but only if doing so allows it to contribute to a win.
