Zombies Gone Wild Slot Review

Released February 2019

The Zombies Gone Wild slots game can be found at online casinos offering Pariplay. Pariplay now publish the slots house edge information of all their games as a standard. You can find this by clicking the ‘+’ symbol at the bottom left hand corner of the game window then clicking ‘?’. Within this help file you’ll find the RTP information. As such we can say that the House Edge of Zombies Gone Wild is 4.12%. As the help file does not list a range of possible figures we assume that this game is not configurable and should be the same at every casino you find it at.

Zombies Gone Wild is a 5 reel game that is 5 symbols high. The game uses 50 standard paylines, playing from left to right and right to left.

Special Symbols

Wilds – The three female zombie hunters, Lucy, Tara and Kira can all become Wild symbols when they are infected and turned into zombies. This can happen during any spin, entirely at random. The zombie versions of the hunter symbols are all worth more that the hunter symbols themselves, except Lucy, who is worth the same for both and is the game’s most valuable symbol.

Free Spins – The Free Spins symbol is the “Pollution” sign. 3 or more of them anywhere on the reels will trigger the Free Spins feature.

Bonus Features

Zombie Jackpots – Each of the four Zombie Hunters has her own jackpot. The meter for each of them sits at the right-hand side of the reels and the amount needed to fill them is indicated above each of them. You add to each meter when you form a winning line that contains that symbol. Once the meter is full you will be awarded that cash amount.

Free Spins – Three or more “Pollution” symbols anywhere on the reels will award you between 6 and 20 Free Spins. During the Free Spins feature Wild symbols will expand to 1×2, 1×3 or 1×4 Mega symbols. Free Spins can be re-triggered up to 3 times for the same amount as the initial set of Free Spins. Jackpot wins are not in pay during the Free Spins.

Zombies Gone Wild has its own little back story, depicting a trio of zombie hunters who have chosen to hit back at a zombie plague that has befallen humanity. Zombies Gone Wild is a fantastic looking game. The grid is huge and the symbols that fill it are well drawn, as is the background that it all sits in front of. There are some interesting features, from the Free Spins to the jackpots but I do find the inclusion of random wilds a disappointing feature as I’d much rather just have standard wild symbols. The house edge is a little above what we like to see, however, the entertainment on offer does help to make up for that.
