    Closing Thoughts

    Aston Casino have what we consider to be a predatory dormancy clause for UK players - declared dormant after 6 months and then subject to a 10% of account balance maintenance fee per month. In their Bonus Policy section it states that players from some countries will be subject to increased wagering on bonuses (100x rather than 50x) but players must contact Customer Support for details - it would be more helpful if the restricted countries were just clearly stated for players in the Bonus Policy section in the interests of transparency. The three day withdrawal pending status could encourage some players to reverse withdrawals that they would not if the withdrawal processing time was lower. Be aware of this if you are a player that falls into this category. The casino does state that you can contact support via telephone but no number is given on their website - also no support email address is given on the Contact Us or Help pages of the website - you will however find it buried in the Bonus Policy Page - this is not particularly helpful for players.
