Contradictory Terms (-1) - AvonBet Casino's Terms and Conditions are contradictory in that to begin the General Terms and Conditions state that AvonBet hold a Curacao license - however Term 9.12 indicates that accounts inactive for 30 months will have their balances remitted to the MGA - an organisation with which this operator is not licensed. This claim then cannot be true. This is concerning as this appears to wilfully mislead customers into believing that this operator holds a license in Malta which they do not.

AvonBet Casino are Not Recommended at ThePOGG as a result of their claims in Term 9.12 of their General Terms and Conditions that they will remit the balances of accounts that have been inactive for 30 months to the MGA - an organisation that they do not hold a license with and therefore this cannot be true. Unfortunately Live Support at this operator was incredibly slow and inefficient and ultimately unhelpful throughout our contact with them though they were polite. We also don't take kindly to operators casually throwing legal threats our way without having any sound bases for their threats.
