While KYC and fraud prevention are a critical part of any operators compliance obligations, arbitrary deadlines for the submission of documents is an unacceptable process. As long as the player can ultimately provide legitimate ID there is no justification for the operator withholding payment.

There is no valid justification for any operator to withhold the payment of progressive jackpots at all. Progressive jackpots are paid from the jackpot fund that is collected and set aside as the play takes place. Unlike other wins that operators have to pay out of their own bankroll, progressive jackpot wins do not affect the operator's liquidity in any way. The only reason to withhold payment of these wins is to try and frustrate the player into losing the balance back.

This group are 10% withdrawal fees on international bank transfers with no upper cap and are not providing any information we could find detailing this policy on their website.
