After a very lengthy and painful verification process I was eventually verified. This was just the beginning, I still had to wait to get my withdrawal approved, which felt like a life time. Finally on the 21st of January my deposit was approved. A week or so later I received an email saying my payment would be received within 5 days. 5 days came and went. The casino on live chat keep telling me to be patient as they are receiving a high amount of withdrawals and that i'll get my funds and i'll receive an email from the financial team very soon. On live chat With [EDIT], he told me a payment was sent to me on the 29.01.2020. Again 5 days came and went and I am still told to be patient. I made this withdrawal within the first week of January I think i'v been patient enough. I have saved emails and iv screen shot live chat messages as well. Sick of been fobbed off now!
