Resolved - This player is non-responsive to our requests for further information. As such we assume they've managed to resolve this issue without our intervention.
The casino is actually 1XBET, but it is not on your list. I have been trying to withdraw my money for 3 weeks now, but they keep changing the requirements for withdrawal. I have sent/received 60 emails from their support dept to no avail. Everytime I submit the documents they ask for, they ask for more.

Before we go any further have you tried sending your documents through one at a time in individual emails? Most of these issues relate to file sizes being rejected by the receiving email server.
