Resolved - 21Dukes Casino informs us that the player has been paid. The player is non-responsive to our requests for conformation and as such we assume that they have received their funds.

Player's Complaint
I have been signed up with 21 Dukes for a while now, the overall game selection is top notch, but I ended up winning over 15,000 one day. I complied with the verification process and sent them everything they needed. It took them 2 weeks to process the only deposit I have received which was for 3,980. That was credited to my account on Tuesday the 15th. I submitted another withdrawal request for another 4K on Tuesday and it once again got kicked out. They now are claiming that my account needs to be verified again after I already sent all of the documents needed to withdraw. I feel like they are stalling, and I would like to know how I can collect the rest of my winnings. Thank you.
