21nova - doesn't want to pay me

Found for the Player - 21Nova casino have made clear that they will not discuss complaints with this service. They cited the Data Protection Act as their justification for this as they have done in the past. We made clear that the DPA does not prevent them discussing a player's account as long as they have permission from the account holder. As such there's nothing we can do to help this player.
