Hi I made a withdrawal request on the 25/01/2022

My account is fully verified

I also did not play with any bonus money

I won the £900 fair an square with my own money

The casino just keep telling myself to be patient

Last week one advisor told me it had been processed and I have evidence of this

Couple of days later as I still never received I went back on to the live chat and was advised it hasn’t been processed and whoever told me that had got mixed up ??

I find that very strange 2

I just want my money I won fair an square

On my account it just says pending user request

I know casinos have to follow kyc and a lot of other measures but for an account that is verified and same payment method used right through I don’t see why it can take over 2 weeks

Would appreciate if you could please intervene

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Four Crown Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Yes I also gathered this would be a long shot but I thought it would also be worth a try

There terms an conditions state withdrawal request 24-48 hours

But live chat state this is just to process the withdrawel

Well my withdrawel is over 16 days so why hasn’t it been processed

I just want my money that’s all I won without any bonus requirements

I usually don’t cash out an play till I loose the lot so I was so proud of myself to make the request as this is something I never do

But then to not receive it I thought what was the point

I think it is so wrong how casinos get away with this

Had I read reviews beforehand I definitely would not of signed up to this casino but abit little to late I suppose

Hi my withdrawel has exceeded the timeframe given

The terms state 24-48 hours

Then live chat say 7-21 days (business days)

Also received confirmation email to state the same when I made a withdrawal

Today is the 21st day and still my withdrawel is still in awaiting user request

Contacted live chat this morning they said just be patient and close the chat

I will never play with a foreign casino again

They are scams and con artist
