Hi I made a withdrawal request on the 25/01/2022
My account is fully verified
I also did not play with any bonus money
I won the £900 fair an square with my own money
The casino just keep telling myself to be patient
Last week one advisor told me it had been processed and I have evidence of this
Couple of days later as I still never received I went back on to the live chat and was advised it hasn’t been processed and whoever told me that had got mixed up ??
