4Crowns - Withdrawal not paid out for 4 months

Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact 4Crowns Casino to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Player's Complaint
I submitted a withdrawal on the 5th august they said it would be 7-21 working days this then didn’t get paid out after my account and everything has been verified. They returned the funds back into my account twice and told me to resubmit the withdrawal, which I did. This is still pending and I have chased again seen as though this was last submitted on the 5th November and they are saying they have no jurisdiction on behalf of the finance team and nothing can be done to speed up the process. This has been going on since the 5th August

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. 4Crowns Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
