Hello, the chronology of the events is as follows:

on September 17 I registered at the 7reels casino and nothing else to do and without even playing the welcome bonus enter bitcoin 0.00800955 btc, received the 200% bonus, with that balance and playing the slots on September 30 I had a balance of 670 euros approximately, request a withdrawal of 600 euros which was paid to me on October 5, with the balance that remained when I requested the withdrawal I kept playing and on October 8 I had my balance in 690 euros of which I again requested a withdrawal of 600 euros, on Friday 9 I received a mail from acoounting telling me that my account had been chosen at random for a verification of it but that I could request the withdrawal as soon as possible so that when the verification to be able to collect the balance, so the same Friday as I already had in the account 490 euros, instead of requesting the 600 again, I requested 1000 euros, spend two weeks without having an answer and meanwhile I I kept playing the slots with the balance (90euros) that had been left when I requested the withdrawal, on Friday 26 they returned to deposit the balance in my casino account, at that time I already had in the account 1900 euros, with the cancellation of the withdrawal converted to 2900, I write to support asking what happened and they sent me an email saying that they had not paid me because they had not deposited five days before requesting the extraction, I asked in another email that if I deposited I could charge it and the answer was and I copied verbatim : You need to make a new deposit and then present your withdrawal. well, on Friday 26 I return to make a deposit of 0.00620632 btc and I receive the 100% bonus, (2900 that had balance plus the income plus the bonus was the balance in about 3020 approximately) as the requirements of bet to release that bonus they are x 35, I kept playing and on Sunday I had a balance of 3450 euros and the bonus requirements fulfilled and as cash the whole amount (3450), then on Sunday, October 28, I requested a withdrawal of 3200 euros. My surprise is that on Friday November 2 I receive an email telling me that they closed my account and they paid me 100 euros.

I wrote again saying that if they wanted to end the commercial relationship it seemed good, but they had to pay me the 3200 euros that had been requested plus the 450 euros, the answer that I got is copied below:
