Player's Complaint

I opened my account in 888sport and went through the verification process. I made a deposit of 1200 GBP with my debit card and I placed one double bet which become winning. Now my balance is 4770 GBP. After I made my bet my account was blocked and after a short correspondence with 888sport support I was told that my account was closed and would remain so. Im not able to withdraw my money. They have been confiscated, which is completely unacceptable! Hope to able to help me with my case. Thanks in advance!

“Please note that as previously advised your account has failed our routine security checks which have led us to discontinue your membership.”

Sadly despite repeated efforts to contact this operator to discuss your issue we have received no relevant response. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we could suggest is contacting the operators ADR, eCOGRA. Alternatively, if you wished to consider legal action our understanding is that offer a no win no fee service that specialises in the remote gambling sector.
