Player's Complaint

Over 3 and a half weeks ago my 888 account was closed after talking to responsible gambling, they didn't give me a reason even after they confirmed they would reopen my account after speaking to me, 24 hours after the nice chat and the all clear they sent me another email closing the account,I understand they have procedures etc, so what they did was confirm that everything in my account would be withdrawn to me, they gave me a 3-5 business day window for the money to come in £1280.31 to be exact along with a confirmation number 592534649465. 2 weeks go by I have heard nothing and received nothing, I have sent over 20 emails in this time, spoke to people on live chat and the phone who have said they sent emails to the team mentioning it takes 3 business days sometimes for them to get back to me, another week goes by no response. The only answer i ever got was from someone on live chat who said ' oh yes it seems like the withdrawal is stuck' and that was it no answer nothing just said they cant do anymore and sent emails to the transactions team. Please please someone help this is causing me so much stress they are literally just ignoring my emails, they have confirmed the withdrawal over 3 weeks ago so i don't understand the issue, my bank says its nothing to do with them. Please help

Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we could suggest is contacting the operator’s ADR, eCOGRA.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
