Casino is refusing to process my withdrawal request of $900 and instead have offered to pay me $100. Because they believe they added a daily cash back amount of $5 to my account while in play which voids all payouts of more than $50 but they have been nice in offering me $100! I want my money ASAP

Your max win has been limited because you were playing with cashback that has been added to your account. That much is correct. However, we can say that you are familiar with the cashback program offered by this operator as you have received cashback in the same fashion multiple times prior to this issue and the cashback is added to your account at a consistent point in the day. On top of this your balance was only 0.14 AUD prior to the cashback being added.
The above being the case, unfortunately there are no grounds for us to contest a payout beyond that stipulated by the terms of the cashback you were playing with.
