I was allowed to reopen my account after self excluding for a gambling addiction. I asked to reopen my account and was told it's not possible my account was revoked. After a few drinks the next night I went on to chat and asked to reopen my account. I sent an email saying I don't have a gambling problem even though it's obvious I do, many times on chat I said I couldn't pay my rent, I lost too much money.. I said I needed to self exclude for a gambling problem and I didn't want to risk the money I won it needed to be paid out. I was allowed to reopen and lost around 1300. This site does not practicing responsible gaming practices.
