African Palace - Casino Not Paying

Resolved - The operator inform us that a payment plan has been agreed and the player is no longer responding to our enquiries so we consider this issue Resolved.

Player's Complaint

Made withdrawal of $12009 on 29th April after winning on slots at African Palace casino. Online support said I was all ready to go and that all withdrawals are processed in 1-5 business days. After 3 weeks of silence they asked for documentation which I sent immediately. After another 2 weeks of silence, my withdrawals have disappeared from the cashier. And after a total of 6.5 weeks as of today, I am still not paid.

Casino staff and support email just keep repeating the same 'runaround' terms like 'you will be paid soon', 'rest assured', 'your withdrawal is escalated', etc. They refuse to call me and give any legitimate reason for delay or when I may be paid.
