Found for the Casino - Where you accept a bonus with a maximum win term that is the maximum you will ever be allowed to withdraw from play associated with that bonus.
Read our Africasino Review.
I made a R200 deposit into Africasino and received a R600 bonus. I played and won and wanted to make a withdrawal after I met the bonus requirements. I enquired about why my transaction shows it was cancelled and the assistant said that I was currently only able to withdraw R2000 as I made a deposit only of R200. I accepted that and withdrew the withdrawal only to find that they only gave me back R2000. When I queried this Jeremy told me that it is all that I am able to withdraw, and even though I might deposit more money in future that will make me eligible for making withdrawals as I wish, it would not matter because I will never be able to withdraw more than R2000.00. [EDIT] Put the money back into my casino account, don't take it because right now I'm not eligible for more, what about my future deposits?

Hi twakkie - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you with this issue.
While we do not approve of the policies put in place by this group, where a win cap applies to a deposit, that defines the maximum amount you are allowed to be paid from that deposit, not the maximum amount you can withdraw until you deposit more as this would be an irrelevance and any winning player would simply make a further deposit to allow them to withdraw the entire balance.
Sorry we cannot be of further help.
