Vulnerable disabled Autistic person learning dificultys with child mind clicked on face book and was asked to enter card details to play games site took £5000 within 10/15min from person initial contact was made with ALL BRITISH CASINO call back from managers promised but were never made no efforet to give person their money back . This happened twice for games on Facebook the first ''games'' i.e what turned out to be a casino refunded £20,000 under a settlement agreement from Video Slots to this person . withiout delay after speaking to them and verifying . All British casiino never even made contact back as promissed no answer on numerous calls please help as this is [EDIT] life savings for medical treatment . A copy of the settlement agreement from Video Slots can be provided to yourselfs if nessery and free to contact them to confirm . Justr need the funds back from ALL BRITISH CASINO ASAP as this is discraseful . on the one call i was able to get through to all british casino they said ohh when the pandemic is over call back disgustimg behaviour from a company . Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. The UKGC reserve management of this type of complaint issue to their own team. All we could do is suggest you contact the regulator.
