I played and won roughly 4100€. I started my verification process for this site 12.5.2021 and have sent everything they requested for. After last document I provided they stopped responding through e-mail after 3.8.2021, and live chat only keep saying I have to send e-mails which is infinite loop.

I sent ALL required documents. I have sent passport, selfie with passport and allreels website in backround, proof of deposit, pdf of skrill account details. Video of skrill transaction history of 6 months. Every document that is needed for verification I uploaded and these are documented in my e-mail. Still they didn't verify my account. They also blocked my account almost instantly after my win to keep me from logging in.
