Player's Complaint

After 5 weeks of sending documents I have already sent through numerous times I get a responded saying they never received them. I have spoken to pittbosses time after time and they tell me it's in review and I need to wait 24-48 hours for approval. From each person the story changes, I've been told it's been paid, then it's in the payment department now I'm being told they haven't received the documents. Thank you
