Player's Complaint
I have tried to self exclude myself on numerous occasions from astral casino, but they refuse each time saying I have to just not play from the 1st month - the end of the month! As I am addicted to gambling this just isn’t possible, could you please contact them and ask them to close my account, I doubt I’ll get my money back even if I have sent over 20 mails asking to be self excluded due to my addiction.
