Player's Complaint

Hi I want to know is the online casino Aussie Play a verified and legitimate casino?

I deposited there a few times, built up a balance of 700 euros, but every time I try to withdraw all they ask me for is my withdrawal ID validation documents time and time again.

I have sent them these documents twice now via email, but whenever I speak to the online team they keep on telling me to keep sending them because they say they have not yet received them which is just impossible.

They are giving me the run around!

It seems clear to me that they are just ignoring my attempts to send them the correct documentation because they refuse to pay out.

This situation is distressing as I just don't know what is going on or what is happening? I think they might be scam casino because they are not giving me the option to withdraw my funds despite the fact I have deposited 500 euros to them up til now.

Has anyone else had the same problems as this and would you be able to investigate this for me please?

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Aussie Play do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Ok but I want my winnings with them because they were prepared to take my bets and deposits so it would be unlawful for them not to pay out now. I have accumulated over 2k on roulette so I want paying out! I think they are scam casino anyway because they have refused to acknowledge my identification documents when I sent it to their validations team. I have a right to my winnings.
