Player's Complaint

Dear Sir/Madam,

Avalon78 promises that new players get 78 free spins upon depositing €20 of more, so this is what I did and the bonus was awarded.

Now when I clicked the button to activate the bonus it kept on “activating” without doing anything so I sent a message to support via their site. I got a confirmation that it was sent but hem heard nothing for a few days so sent a message again, still nothing.

This is now more then a week ago and the bonus has been expired in the meantime.

I felt the level of support very disappointing and am wondering how we can solve this?

I appreciate any efforts taken.
