Hello thepogg.

I have money in my account that i wish to withdraw.

They allow deposits with Visa, Neosurf and rapidtransfer. Rapidtransfer is not avaliable in norway.

They dont have any method for withdrawal except rapidtransfer. I cant use that. I have deposited with VISA, and their site claims to have banktransfer and visa withdrawalmethods avaliable.

I have reached out to customerservice only to get told that there is not avaliable method for my region. How can a casino allow deposits and refuse withdrawals?

Hello and thanks for your reply. It seems that it helped, the casino has now transfered my money from NOK to EUR, ive been verified and I have asked for a withdrawal of funds via banktransfer. Transaction is pending and i will update you further in the case as soon as something happens.
