Resolved - After some issues with the final payment, B-Bets investigated, located the issue and corrected so the player has now received their funds.
Please see: I couldnt choose B-Bets, so i took 10Bet, cause i couldnt found B-Bets!
Dear ThePogg Team,
in October 2016 i made a withdrawal on b-bets.com (Can´t selecte it on "select a casino). After some Emilas they said they will withdrawal the money part by part. So i received four 1000 Euro payments on my bank account on: 10 and 23. November and 07 and 19. November.
After I asked when my last payment will arrive they told me they send it on 17th of december on my Neteller Account. But it never arrived there. I send them several screenshots and more. After one and a half week im waiting for an answer. All i get from them is that they will ask at their financial department. But i dont receiver any answer.
I would be happy if you can help me.
If you need some screenshots or anything let me know.
