Player's Complaint
Barz is stating they were fully compliance to their Self Exclusion policy across the Network but they were not as a I received documentation from sister site, Playzee December 8th, 2021 confirming my cross Network exlusion. Further to the complaint Playzee will not comply with my chat transcript requests and even further, luckily I screenshoted the conversation had with the Barz casino rep, which provides proof no questions were asked involving problem gambling when Self-exclusion was indeed brought up by myself to the casino, and I was encouraged that my account was in good standing, contradictory to their SE terms and conditions.
