Player's Complaint
I deposited £50 and got £25 bonus...I managed to lose my deposited money on reel rush but we cant use bonus money on this slot...so i decided to start playing my bonus money on book of dead...after a while i decided to use sea of hunter slot as i have managed to win some money from there and see it as a lucky slot...i managed to wager out n win a total of £659 (including deposited money) after withdrawing i got a email stating i had breached there terms of not allowed to change slots on bonus money...book of dead is 10% towards wagering and sea of hunter is 100%...they have confiscated my winnings n deposited money (£50)
can you help...is there anything I can do...small claims court or other avenues?

Unfortunately there's not going to be anything we can do to help you in this instance. bCasino carry the following term:
Book of Dead is a lower contribution game that Sea of Hunter and as such by switching your game in this manner you have contravened this rule.
You could check with the Advertising Standards Agency as to whether they consider this term appropriately clear and placed, but from our perspective there's nothing we could do.
