Hi I was currently waiting g on a withdrawal of 3000£ . I'm not sure why but this company thinks it's ok too take a long time to do so. Considering my residence is In the uk and they are based in the uk this seems a joke, i had a withdrawal of 3000 waiting to go in my account till i could further move a round 1700 which i had in my game balance, I couldn't add this 1700 to my current 3000 as this would start the whole withdrwal procedure again. The company has had a one quick withdrawal but the rest have took over the 3 days they describe as there terms and conditions. This company prays on peoples will power and takes advantage unfortunately I fell into this trap due to covid 19 being basically bored and not strong enough.b casino never have people available too live chat as I was trying too ask them why my 3000 was taking so long to withdraw only option available was email which they take longer than the 24 hrs stated most of the time . I believe this is such a bad practice the company is happy to take my deposits out but my withdrawals are a different matter . I had my 1700 game balance since the 03/06/20 which I couldn't withdraw as I'm still waiting on the pending 3000 and unfortunately for me I gave in to temptation on 07/06/20 and lost my game balance of 1700 in a very bad manner within an hour ish . Now I would not have lost this money If it wasnt for b casino and there terrible withdrwal times and my 3000 is still currently pending withdrawal despite withdrawing on the 02/06/20 . To me this is unacceptable practice it's as if they are not happy with people winning so they hold back your winnings as long as possible hoping that the customer does what I have done this evening. Im so frustrated with myself but more so with bcasino due to the facts stated. This site need checking and being made aware this practice should not be accepted. Also when I eventually got onto live chat around 8:30pm the bloke I dealt with called [EDIT] seemed too treat this complaint like a joke even wishing me to have a wonderful evening after I let out a lot of steam to him . Bcasino are only happy to see your money come in but not the other way . I have had a good spell with b casino but there withdrawals have been a problem the whole time and this time they have took it to far and cost me 1700 which is exactly what they wanted too happen

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
