Hi bigsmash - welcome to!

If you have not placed any bets with bonus funds, under UKGC rules you should be able to withdraw your deposit and any winnings generated with your deposit funds.

However, if you have not placed any wagers you can expect to have to complete enhanced security verification.

Thank you.

Yes, since I have £30.24 of my own money on top of £30 bonus funds - £60.24 in total cash and bonus - and it's cash before bonus, it is impossible I would have placed any wager with bonus funds.

I have evidence from live chat and the casino where if I click on a game which does not permit bonus funds, I see a pop up saying 'you can use real money only, you have £30.24, do you wish to proceed?' The site itself provides no option to view a breakdown of your balances either, this is the only 'workaround' other than going on livechat.
