My Bet at home account was closed. And this is the message I received:

Due to a violation of our terms and conditions your betting account is locked (and will remaind locked), the gaming contract between you and the company has been terminated and our customer service is no longer available for you.

I'm afraid you're going to have to give us some more information about exactly what you're unhappy with here. Was there still money in your account that hasn't been returned? What were you doing with your account prior to receiving this message? If this is simply a case of your account being closed and you wanting it reopened there's nothing we can do for you. Bet-At-Home are a private business and have the right to refuse custom to any person for any reason that's non-discriminatory.
